Florence Mary Rannow, age passed away on Tuesday November 24, 2015 at Saint Mary’s Care Center. Mass of Cristian Burial was Monday November 30, 2015 at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Silver Lake officiated by Father Paul Schumacher. She was born on February 28, 1924 in Winsted Township. The daughter of Louis and Victoria (White) Sherman On November 14, 1944. she married George Rannow in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church of Winsted Minnesota. Florence and George lived on a farm in Silver Lake. God blessed their marriage with 3 children, Bruce , Nancy , Lori . Florence went to the Holy Trinity Grade School and graduated from Silver Lake High School in 1942. She was formally employed at Sherman Station and Tonka Toys for many years. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, polka dancing, and was famous for her good cooking. Survived by her children Bruce Rannow, Nancy Magouirk, Lori Sheffield / David Irby. Grand children: Lyle Hoff, Carrie Hoff, Joseph Sheffield, Jacquelyn Sheffield, Crystal Sheffield, Brittiany Hoff, and Benjamin Hoff. Great grandchildren Jasmine Hoff, Lillie Sheffield Katherine Irby. Survived by Marietta Neumann and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband George Rannow,who passed away February 17, 1990, her parents Louis and Victoria Sherman, Grandson David Sheffield, sisters Mildred (Maurice) Waldoch, Dolores Sherman, brothers, Arthur Sherman, Philip Sherman, Eugene ( Leonore) Sherman, parent- in- law Frank and Katherine Rannow . brother- in- law David and Helen Rannow.
