Phyllis Marie (Kieser) Christensen

Phyllis Marie (Kieser) Christensen, age 74 of Silver Lake, MN, passed away November 23, 2021 in Grand Rapids, MN.

She was born on September 7, 1947 – the daughter of Reuben and Pearl (Bohmer) Kieser.

On July 20, 1968, she was joined in marriage to Bradford Christensen.

Phyllis enjoyed spending time on the open road taking motorcycle rides throughout the area, vacationing at the family cabin in Northern Minnesota, and being out on the lake fishing in the summertime. Phyllis was a lover of all animals, especially her Shih Tzu named Babe. Most of all, she cherished the memories created when she’d spend time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her son, Bradford, Jr; and parents, Reuben and Pearl.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Bradford; son, Christy; siblings, Darrell Kieser, Mark (Pam) Kieser, Daniel (Susan) Kieser, Mary Ann Albert, and Jason (Kim) Kieser; special pet companion, Babe; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 3:00 PM with the Memorial service beginning at 5:30 PM all at the at the Maresh Funeral Home in Silver Lake, MN.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to donor’s animal charity of choice.
