Scott A. Stritesky

Scott A. Stritesky (Tedo) was born to Milo and Margaret (Gornowski) Stritesky on March 13, 1957. Scott attended Silver Lake Public School graduating in 1975.  He was involved in football and basketball all 4 years of his high school. Scott furthered his education at Dakota County Technical School and received his degree. In 1980 Scott 

moved to Corpus Christi, Texas and began his career with GTE Communications, traveling and working all over south Texas. In 1985 losing both his legs in a motorcycle/train accident he continued to work with GTE in an office position. In the mid 90’s Scott returned to Minnesota, obtaining a position with Starkey Labs. Through the  years, he held various jobs such as bus driving, farming, etc.

Scott passed from this world on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at his home.

 Scott is survived by Brother Duane and his wife Denise; Sister, Mary; nieces and nephews; cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and older sister Sandy.

 Celebration of life - July 23, 2025 -1:30 p.m. at the McLeod County Park No. 2 at Swan Lake near Silver Lake following a 1:00 p.m burial at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Silver Lake, MN
